My knee pain has gone off the charts lately. My knees started going bad when I was 12 (once the school found out they took me out of the catchers position and made me 3rd base and yes, I’m still bitter lol). I’m 50-something now, I forget, anyway they haven’t improved with age. The last few weeks my left knee has been so bad it wakes me up at night and it’s actually hard not to cry at work. I figured I’d try these and while I do still have some pain when wearing them, it’s more like a small noticeable thing rather than a crippling “OMG I can’t stand this” kind of pain. I can function again!!!!! I can sleep and I can walk and I can go up the stairs to my house without wanting to sob. Again, it doesn’t take away all the pain, but it makes it totally deal-able (is that a word?). There’s a smell to them, be aware of that. It’s like a strong herby something. It’s not unpleasant at all, it’s just not my favorite. But honestly, if I smelled like the underbelly of a yak I wouldn’t care because of how much pain it relieves. Also, just an FYI, they are sealed in packages of two. Make sure you put the second one in like a baggie or something so it doesn’t dry out while you’re wearing the first one. You want to keep it fresh for all the benefits. It still helps after sitting open for 8-12 hours but not as much so keep it sealed! They are easy to apply and they can hurt to take off. But, if you pull your skin taught the removal is easy-peasy and way less pain. Overall I will buy these again and again, I’m so happy with this purchase!

I really like these patches! They're definitely not miracle workers but they do definitely help it more bearable to walk. I have bone on bone, it's even helped clear up my skin on my knee where my psoriasis is, so I definitely recommend these. It doesn't completely take away the pain, I see though a significant difference when wearing a patch then to not wearing one. Anyone who is having trouble with their knees should definitely try these. The smell is strong on the patches but tolerable. I will be ordering more.
