My knee pain has gone off the charts lately. My knees started going bad when I was 12 (once the school found out they took me out of the catchers position and made me 3rd base and yes, I’m still bitter lol). I’m 50-something now, I forget, anyway they haven’t improved with age. The last few weeks my left knee has been so bad it wakes me up at night and it’s actually hard not to cry at work. I figured I’d try these and while I do still have some pain when wearing them, it’s more like a small noticeable thing rather than a crippling “OMG I can’t stand this” kind of pain. I can function again!!!!! I can sleep and I can walk and I can go up the stairs to my house without wanting to sob. Again, it doesn’t take away all the pain, but it makes it totally deal-able (is that a word?). There’s a smell to them, be aware of that. It’s like a strong herby something. It’s not unpleasant at all, it’s just not my favorite. But honestly, if I smelled like the underbelly of a yak I wouldn’t care because of how much pain it relieves. Also, just an FYI, they are sealed in packages of two. Make sure you put the second one in like a baggie or something so it doesn’t dry out while you’re wearing the first one. You want to keep it fresh for all the benefits. It still helps after sitting open for 8-12 hours but not as much so keep it sealed! They are easy to apply and they can hurt to take off. But, if you pull your skin taught the removal is easy-peasy and way less pain. Overall I will buy these again and again, I’m so happy with this purchase!

These work really well. Easy to apply and remove, they help reduce the knee pain and make it easier to walk around and still less noticeable when sitting. Really surprised at how much they help.

Very helpful, the only thing i dont like its how it roll off your skin right away once you start walking or if you are laying down and move it also moves. But it does help alot with the pain

May be effective for mild joint, knee, etc. Pain but did not do anything to relieve my knee pain Would not waste my money on this product again, but was worth a shot

These are truly the absolute best pain relief pads for my knees EVER!!!!!! I have used numerous creams and pain pads and from day 1 within about an hour of wearing these my knee pain was gone and stayed gone for almost 24b hours. The photo is showing my 2nd set I just put on. I tore the meniscus in both my knees. I had arthroscopic surgery on my right knee and it did nothing. I re-tore the meniscus in both knees and now cannot have surgery to fix them without just getting 2 knee replacements. I have tried all types of things for this sometimes unbearable pain. These patches were really a last ditch effort to find some relief, without having to wear bulky knee braces everyday. I love these and will definitely be ordering more for continued future usage. And they stay on even when I'm walking.

After wearing it on my knee overnight it did seem to help some by morning. Not all the pain was gone but it did feel better not as stiff and soar.
