This is a very nice hat. I bought it after coming back from Jerusalem, where it was very hot and I had taken to wearing a towel as a neck protector under a baseball cap. Now that I'm back home, I feel somewhat self-conscious wearing it. It seems a bit too much. It does have a snap that one can use to hitch the neck part up to reduce its size. (That's what the fourth bullet and the third sub-image in the second image refers to. I hadn't understood it before buying the hat.)My one complaint is its color. I wish there were a white version.

Took this to Aruba where the wind is always blowing. I went fishing and put the back flap down and it saved the back of the neck from getting too much sun. The front brim allows good sight while keeping the sun off you face. The chin strap keeps the hat from flying off. It won't necessarily keep it from flying off your head but it keeps it from flying away. Looking forward to using it when working around the yard in the summer. Haven't used it a lot but even if I get a couple of summers out of it, for the price point, you can't beat it.

I have a large head and lots of hair so not all hats fit me. This one does and since it is adjustable it would fit someone with a 'normal' size head too! I used it on my recent trip to the Amazon on a daily basis as well as climbing Machu Picchu. It kept the sun off my face and neck. I liked the fact that I could snap up the back flap if I didn't need it.Came home and threw is in the washing machine on the regular cycle and hung it out to dry. Good as new!!! Would definitely recommend.

First - the hat seems very well made and the stitching was well done. The quality of the material is good. The brim keeps it shape without being overly stiff or overly heavy. The brim is very wide for good sun protection (I suffer with skin cancer and needed a very wide brim). The cloth fabric is not overly heavy and can breathe. My head size is large and the fit seemed a little off for my liking, but my wife adopted the hat and loves it. The company even followed up with me to ensure I was happy. Good service.

You cant go wrong with this purchase. It has everything at a low price. The mesh vents, adjustable head size, adjustable chin strap, and a button to keep the flap up when you don’t need it down. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s not the most flattering hat style-wise, but at least the color is awesome.

My tennis partner ordered one after seeing and trying mine. It is Perfection! We Play tennis in the hot sun and this hat is the best I've found for keeping me protected, cooler, and it stays on during the heavy activity. The brim is stiff and wide covering my face. The air vents keep my scalp cool and I can choose to snap up the neck flap or leave it down for coverage. The band in back allows for size differences. Thank you for making a product worth recommending.

I bought this and another hat similar to this one at the same time. This hat is cool, material breathes and it blocks the sun so I can go outside. Looks not so great but hey I can go outside which is great! I have discoid lupus and this blocks those harmful sun rays and I am not stuck inside all the time. Again this is not for any fashionistas out there but will help keep the harmful rays off of you.

Very happy with hat and quick delivery. I bought this for a mission trip I'm going on in July so I think this will be perfect fit. I like how it covers my neck since we will be outside most all day and this should provide the protection I need.It is very lightweight.

It offers good sun shade protection. I was expecting for the upf rating to be seen on the hat, just not there.

Buy it for my mother to use while gardening in the summer, it works great. It's not fashionable but does the job to keep the back of the neck cool under the sun. My kids pretty enjoy playing it when it arrived.

The quality is very good. It is comfortable to wear this hat. The brim of hat protects my head and neck from sun perfectly. Wearing it, my head feels cool, not stuffy. It is very suitable for the outside activities.

Excellent design , lightweight and breathable material. It fits head well. Great colour too, the tan colour is lighter than it appears in the picture which is excellent for summer. I would definitely recommend this product.
