I feel more zen calm and it pairs even better with my existing medication progesterone and anxiety medication.Yes it does smell a bit but not bothersome to me I just take them and go on with my day

Just received these today, 13Jul26. I'm in my 30s with PCOS. I take this in conjunction with an ALA supplement and a berberine/ceylon cinnamon supplement.Size: Standard size. I have pics attached with a couple of comparisons. They're easy to swallow, and for those who struggle with taking them, the instructions say that you can open the capsules and mix it into your favorite drink, so you have options.Smell: Standard multivitamin smell. It's an improvement from the one I was previously taking, which had a vanilla scented packet in it that made it smell and taste like vanilla protein powder.Taste: Minimal taste that I noticed. Not sure about taste with the loose powder.Side effects: I took two capsules at least one hour after eating and I haven't had any side effects yet, including no nausea or vomiting, so might be in the clear. Other women may have a different experience, but I did fine.Energy: No noticeable change in energy yet, but I'll update this if there's any changes.Quality: Seems like good quality so far, based on the ingredients. I like that they're free of so many fillers, artificial nonsense, GMOs, and dyes. It's hard to find ones like that.Value: It's decent. Hard to say whether it's worth it yet since I just started them, but I'll try to come back to update this review after I've been on them for long enough, see if they make a noticeable difference.

I have chronic fatigue, diagnosed years ago and have never found anything that gives me the energy I need. I drink a lot of caffeine, have tried all the B vitamins and other supplements and they either gave me anxiety or didn’t help at all. These are the perfect balance! I typically start with one a day and if I’m still groggy I will take a second one mid afternoon. These are easy to use/swallow, great value, quality product and simply make you feel good. I have been using this for two years now. This last bottle, I dropped one so I was one pill short. So I opened my next bottle to get one out and I noticed the new bottle's capsules are smaller and darker in color. Did the formula change?! The bottle doesn't indicate any changes in ingredients.

Have been taking for less than a week. 5 days but they stink horribly, I’ve had a headache for 3 days & terrible cramps despite its claims. Not impressed & no change in energy.

Nasty. The smell is rough. But it’s just a smell. I quickly sorted my pills for the month and called it a day. Took the first set today; the smell is also the taste. And worse than that, it lasts. I’ve brushed my teeth, I’ve had coffee ive had lunch. It keeps coming back and then every burp amplifies the taste. Never again🤮
