After my parents complained hundreds times about my old butcher knife, I bought this one. And they are satisfied, saying it's a good knife. Me encantó. Ya tengo más del mes con el. Y aún conserva su filo. Corta bastante bien, incluso huesos, aunque pesa un poco. Pero tiene buen agarre. Lo recomiendo mucho. Venía una nota de agradecimiento del vendedor. Fue un bonito detalle.
