Fantastic customer service, excellent value
I ordered the GUTA system back late in the spring. Did not install until several months later when I put new tires on my Class A RV. The unit functioned for about an hour before the monitor screen failed. I was deeply disappointed as I emailed customer service. To my surprise I received a response two days later that a replacement was in process of being sent. New unit arrived several days later. The system requires some effort to install on the dual rear wheels. Took a major trip the next week. Roads were very rough and the system performed flawlessly. I highly recommend this unit on the customer service alone. It is nice to be able to monitor the tires in real time and have the ability to see a problem starting instead of dealing with losing a tire at speed in such a large vehicle. This unit is good value for the price point. For those interested in further details, RV is 39’, GVWR is 24,000 lbs. I have the 8 sensor set and plan to put the other two on the car dolly, but they may be too far away to function without the repeater unit.

Very easy to use and install
I like that I have not had to run any more wires up onto my dashboard. So far this little unit has really been great. It's especially great on long trips so I only have to look at the readout vs checking all 8 tires. Amazing how sensitive the unit is to turn on when the slightest truck vibration occurs, for example, when I get in gently it turns on. The sensors were marked and all I had to do was screw them on in the correct location and they all worked without any set up. The lighting of the panel is good at night, and I hope I can see it OK on sunny days with my aging eyes. I truly like that I can see all 8 pressures on the screen at the same time. When I am not pulling the trailer, the trailer data will go blank after a short while and it doesn't scream and yell at me about that. So far I am very happy. Several trips, well over 1000 miles so far.

Simple setup and operation
Brilliant design, it stays put on our dash and stays charged. It automatically shows the trailer when it's in range, and goes back to just showing the truck at other times. It goes to sleep and wakes up based on motion, so you really don't need to touch it. It even came pre programmed with the sensors labeled for each tire. We did end up adding the repeater to our 30' long toy hauler. 4 stars because it can be a little hard to read in daytime.

The display doesn't like hot interiors and the battery has gone kaput!
So I've been using this for a year now. The sensors report about 3PSI low as mentioned in other reviews. I live in Phoenix and if I leave the base unit in the sun light to maintain the charge, the lcd display gets hot enough that some of the bars showing the numbers stop working until they cool down. So no my battery doesn't hold a charge and I have to leave the base plugged in to be able to use. I have a 40 foot trailer and the trailer tires work just fine without any sort of antenna booster. Would I buy this again? NO. On a moderately hot day, the display goes blank. I'm currently looking to replace this with a model from another company. Update... I submitted a service request explaining that they display goes blank on hot days. I even sent in a picture showing the issue. They replied with instructions on how to program the tire pressure sensors. I'm thinking that was a standard response. Then they asked me to rephrase what the problem is. It seems that their customer service is not very fluent in english. Final update: I got a full refund after reminding Guta of the power of a review. They are generously letting me keep my unit which I have already disposed of correctly as it is absolutely useless.

Great TPSM system and a reasonable price point
We purchased this unit in July 2023 with 8 sensors for our truck and toyhauler. It has been a life-saver in terms of knowing when tires get too hot running in summer heat and loss of air pressure on another occasion. Both times we avoided potential blowouts and time to exit freeway and find a safe place to change tire before tire was flat. I would not hesitate to purchase this unit or brand again. We’ve experienced no battery issues or connectivity with sensors and unit easily stays charged thru solar panel. The stickers have worn and I wish I could get new ones but not offered here. If unit wasn’t working so well, we’d definitely upgrade to the color screen version with flow-thru sensors.

Good product! Great customer service!
So after a couple of days of posting my initial review, the customer service rep already returned my email. Because my unit was defective and the screen wont turn on anymore, they replaced it with a new unit. Im very happy with the outcome and the warranty. I thought I just wasted money on this but they back-up their product and their warranty. Just need to be patient. I just used it last night on a trip and its working good. The only thing is sometimes the sensors are not being sensed by the unit but my motorhome is 32 ft and Im towing a vehicle behind my RV that has some sensors too. I think I need to buy their sensor transmitter so I wont lose the sensors in the back of the RV. Im still happy with the tpms sensor unit as it gives me some peace of mind that Im not having no future blow outs. Thank you guys for keeping us safe on the roads!

Saved Us from a Bad Situation! (Update BAD Internal Battery)
UPDATE: I purchased my unit in 2021. Oct of 2023 the unit would not stay on, whether plugged in, or in the sun. What I found is a bad lithium cell. The cell was manufactured in 2010. (What?!) For the overall cost, I'd expect much better quality. Building these with cells already 10+ years old - when I depend on it... NOT COOL - End of Update - This has already saved me from what could have been a bad situation. Low pressure alarm on small 2 lane road alerted me to a faulty valve. I was able to add enough air to go another 1.5 miles into a parking area where we were able to fix the tire. Without the alarm this would have been a much more difficult situation potentially requiring a new tire. If you tow, it’s just smart to have a monitor. - time to see sensors - YES it takes some time. I turn the device on and start my checks and or hitching up operations. By the time I’m ready to roll I have all the sensors displaying. - installation - this I wish was a little easier. I use the backing but to hold the sensor tight, which means if I have to adjust pressures, I have to use the tool to remove sensors and fill the tire. - display unit - I have never struggled to see it. I charged it up with the provided cable and have not had to charge it again, as the sun through the windshield has been enough. 2x it has been on through the night and still never ran out of battery before the sun was back up. Overall - this is a utilitarian display of pressure and temperature. The alarms are what save you. I don’t really have a need to see the pressures all the time, except to know when I have a problem, so this works for me! Besides our valve failure, this has alerted us to a slow leak on one trailer tire. I recommend this to everyone I meet that doesn’t monitor tires while towing.

Will let you down when you need it the most
I installed this a week ago, then took it on our first shakedown cruise of the year. Installation was not difficult. Register every sensor with the receiver once, and you're good to go. The pressure indicated was the same as my handheld gauge. I bought the 8 sensor unit to cover my pickup and my 26 foot two axle towed RV. The unit says it will cover 36 feet, and in the driveway not moving it was capable of picking up the trailer which is closer than that. On the highway, I had frequent loss of signal from all towed wheels. The repeater arrives today, so I hope that problem goes away. Changing the set points is done per axle, which is fine. One surprise to me was the high pressure set point, which cannot be set below 100 psi. Since I assume most failures result in loss of pressure, I guess this is not a practical limitation. The solar charging is a really nice feature in a vehicle already powering a GPS and remote backup camera. The trigger alarms work as advertised as I learned when I opened the cab to a screaching unit on a cold winter morning. The temperature sensing is implemented as a scrolling per wheel feature, where the temp is displayed as the wheel in question flashes in the display. The display is clear and bright and comes with a non slip pad that allows you to just slap it on the dash and forget it. Edit: I am updating my review after my latest long trip. I have found over time that the receiving unit for this system has a tendency to lock up. You're driving along, and all of the sudden you realize that the TPMS is no longer updating. The display is static with whatever values it had when the unit stopped updating. You can't reset it - it won't respond to any button presses. Applying external power has no effect. You have to put it in a dark place and wait for the battery to die. While this was mildly annoying, during this last trip through northern Californian I just completed, it was catastrophic. Did my trailer tire warn me before it shredded? I'll never know, because the TPMS was unresponsive when it exploded. The passing motorist who honked at me to catch my attention was the only tire warning I received, but by then, the damage to my trailer was already done. Fortunately, I have a tandem axle. I won't rely on a product from this manufacturer again for my critical safety monitoring.
