Unfortunately, over the years this product disappeared from USA grocery/pharmacy shelves, and I was relegated to available options, like chalky oversized tablets. Then I discovered this on Amazon! This is exactly as I remembered it! Pleasant tasting, effervescent, and almost immediate relief for indigestion. Or, as we called it, "agita". For me personally it is much more effective than the tablet alternatives. An 8.5 oz bottle lasted me about 6 months, so I just placed my order for a 2-pack, at about a 50% savings.

These work, but I'm not really digging the form factor. It's a bottle of dried, flaky pills. You need to drink this BEFORE it stops fizzing, which means you get undissolved Briosci in the mouth. The flavor is fine, almost sweet with a hint of lemon.

This product has been around for ages and it does the same thing that an Alka-Seltzer does for you best of all it taste great unlike Alka-Seltzer. Highly recommend it.

Whether you mix it with water or simply chew a few at a time. You get fast relief.

Beyond thrilled that Brioschi is back - the only thing that ever helped my upset stomach! This reformulation is just as effervescent as before and truer to the European version of the product, is a little less sweet and has more of a zing of lemon to it. All amazon and Neobourne Pharma need to do now is add it to the Subscribe & Save store!

Great product to use daily can mix it with juice. but mostly warm water will be easier
