Is it possible to make the fixture have motion sensor?

There is enough space to put in a only a specific type of motion sensor - the one which looks like an empty bulb holder ( recently available at the home stores)

Does it leave a shadow from the metal casing with a bright bulb?

No shadows. I put a 100w equivalent LED bulb in it

The lamp body and wire guard are made from some type of aluminum alloy with a glass enclosure around the bulb.

can you use led light bulbs in this?

You can use LED bulbs in any fixture that allows replaceable bulbs. LED bulbs are available for every type of base (GU, G4, candelabra, etc.) but are obviously most useful in standard "Edison" or E26 fixtures - the ones we're most used to. That's why fixtures that include a hardwired LED bulb are absolutely not environmental: there's no reason you need to hardwire bulbs to gain the benefits of LED. But if you do the entire fixture is trash if you get a bad LED or when it eventually fails like all bulbs will. Meanwhile, there are Edison-base fixtures 100 years old happily using new LED bulbs.
