Great book to teach morals! The book is a tool not a manual.
Its a really good book. For those who dont like the reality of life being taught at an early age (yes! The parent who happily buys their child a happy meal with chicken nuggets leaving out the truth that a chicken was killed to make those)...please dont buy this book. This book comes from a culture of people who has NEVER invaded another's land or had slavery. I like my child to know that a life was killed to make his/her food so they learn to respect life in early childhood instead of pretending respecting life because as a grown up you have to be politically correct as per current culture of their land. Teach them that a pin prick will cause oozing of blood and in jungle animals live in fear of being killed or going hungry. Its easy to comprehend why some of the inttelectually challenged peoples' comment talk "civilized" when their tax dollars sponsor an army that steals natural resources from world over so that they can pay low gas prices, eat chicken nuggets, etc. and talk of brutality JUST in this book, while leaving out their eveyryday life brutality. The book is great, I just wish there were more pictures to depict different stages of the story to help the child imagine the flow of information as it occurs.

Extreme stories, beautiful colors
My currently 10-month-old son looks for this book as part of his bedtime routine. Although his attention span is only for a few seconds, I'm still able to get through a story before a complete withdrawal and sleep time. I thought some of the stories were a little extreme for kids (a man being killed by a boar in the same story as another animal getting impaled through his mouth), but some little kids find that amusing. I know my crazy butt did! Good book. Read to your kids!!

So graphic
Wasnโt expecting to see blood and dead bodies in childrenโs book on almost every other page. Little too graphic for my toddler

Must read for kids
Excellent book for the price. Stories are short enough for kids to read and finish. If parents like they can add a lot of context while reading those to kids. Little bit big size for younger kids to read in bed, but I think that's great for its pictures and font. There's a moral behind each story that's a lesson for everyone to learn.I definitely recommend it.

Not age appropriate
This book is not at all age appropriate. The morals are told thru violent behavior.

Happy with the purchase
Glossy paper, there are simple stories as well as bigger stories. There are pictures on almost every sheet which are nicely done as well.

Good book with short stories
I bought this book to read for my 5 month old daughter. Most of the stories are only one page long. It seems too little but itโs really good for kids who canโt stay concentrated for a long time. + the stories are really good and each of them has a good moral
