Let me tell funny story about this order. First of all this vacuum was working only for 3 days and then during vacuuming I felt burnt plastic smell and it’s stop working. I just throw it to garbage next day. I put review with 1 star and received call from I guess “seller” asked to deleted my review and get compensation for this broken device. I spent 40 min on phone to delete this review and they promised to return money in 24 hours. In the and of story 3 days left, no one gives me any compensation. it’s just waisted time and money.

I used the same brand similar model before. It was excellent. Light, powerful. This was not like original. Just stopped working…

Very light and cleans well

I concur with everything Princess wrote. If you have litter boxes on hard floors or extremely low pile "kitchen carpet" this device will change your life. It WILL NOT replace a standard vacuum cleaner in all other spaces (and you still need a "real" vacuum cleaner for the "kitchen carpet" to get at more than what's on the surface) but it is so nimble, efficient, light, quick, and easy to use you enjoy using it, which means you're more likely to. A real game changer. As for the areas with no-pile "kitchen carpet" it makes quick work of getting up obvious crumbs, hair, and whatever-THAT-is but will not go deep and will do nothing for higher pile carpet. In other words, think of it as an ELECTRIC BROOM. It's perfect for all areas in which you would normally use a broom but it's MUCH faster and more thorough. It's better at sucking up all manner of particles and fine dust so the allergic reaction to airborne dust (the sneezing!) that broom-sweeping causes is eliminated. I have three litter box stations, one on each floor, and it is so great to just whip out this vac and quickly get up whatever annoys me. I have two I'm using often and a third is on the way. I love being able to keep on top of small messes before they snowball and become huge jobs. I want to mention the intake head is much narrower than a typical vac so the device can easily get in and out of tighter spots. It also better hugs corners (where cat litter hides) and the suction is just as powerful at the edges as it is in the middle, rare of any vac, regardless of price point. I will always need a serious vacuum for all the rugs, carpeted areas, and stairs in my house. No getting around having to regularly break out The Monster for all that. However, I honestly doubt I'll ever need to use a "real" vacuum on my hard floors ever again. These guys should make a miniature version of this vac for kids to play with, except make it so the KIDS vac actually works (get 'em started cleaning the house when they're young. "Mush. Mush!!!!"😉). As long as you understand this device's limitations it's a great tool to have among your regularly used house cleaning gear. Two caveats: 1) The cord is not long so you might need to move from outlet to outlet or keep an extension cord close. I can live with that but you should know. And... 2) There is no mention as to how to clean the filter cup, though I assume we're suposed to simply rinse it and give it 24 hours to dry. That won't work for me due to how often I use it. I want at least three backup filters but there's no mention as to how to order them. There IS a phone number... 😊

I have been needing a cordless vacuum for a while now, and I’m glad I waited it out for this to go on a great sale. I wouldn’t use this for big jobs. I use it for quick clean ups, quick once over the floors instead of sweeping. Great on upholstery. I find the floor attachment works OK on short carpet. It’s great on hard floor. I like how the filter is washable.
