The pen was all dry and couldnt use it even once

This is honestly my favorite eyeliner. It is easy to use, glides on nicely and dark. It's not black, but you can use a second coat to get it back if you want. Also, it is actually pretty waterproof which as you may have experienced when an eyeliner says waterproof it rarely is. Comes of faily easy with makeup remover. The only issue is it doesn't last too long before it runs out (read the amount it comes in), but at least it doesn't dry out. Anyway it's cheap enough I just order 2 at a time and then when one runs out I order again

It doesn’t leave much product on application, it’s faint and needs more than one application to a solid black
