Can you use this to shave your head?

Dear sir you can use any type of straight blade or multiple blades razor to shave your head. Recommend, that if you have hair longer than 1/8 inch hair; use a pair hair clippers first; recommend you use a #0 hair cutting guide on the hair clippers, that way you have the shor test hair an alot easier to shave with a w blades razor so it doesn't clog with your hair so fast.

How effective would this be on legs and the rest of the body?

I have only used the Gillette Fusion Proshield to shave my face. I really don't know about the rest of the body, sorry.

Is it better than any other razor?

In my opinion this is THE best razor on the market. A bit more than others but you will know why. You can use it longer, less nicks, closer shave.

I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now 2019/07/05. Pros: Like I said it works great, favourite razor so far. Nice close shave, feels smooth on skin, doesn’t tug. Will definitely be repurchasing. It was worth the $10.99 CAD (includes a $2.00 off coupon) before taxes that I paid for it. Cons: This used to come with a metal head (back in 2017), but now it comes with a plastic head which looks cheap (which is I guess their point to make an even bigger profit off it or something — that seems useless), but it still works fine I guess. It didn’t come with a plastic protective cap that razors usually comes with so that was a bummer. Hope this helps!

False advertising,and I bought 2. 2 handles and 2 blades only,no refill. £30 for two handles and 2 blades. Disgusting advertising,should have looked at reviews..Will be more vigilant next time.
