2nd lanzar
I purchased this amp because it was more powerful than the last one that I burned up. It was a Lanzar OPTIHC3004 4 Channel. So I figured I would give Lanzar one more try since I was heavy on the volume button and I know they don't put out exactly what they are rated. So I bought this one and when I opened the box it said 4000 watts instead of 900 watt as advertised. I figured I wouldn't get this one to break a sweat. I did trip the thermal fuse once...Five Fingered Death Punch..it'll do that to a system. I'm running a Clarion EQS746 7 band EQ, 4 Lanzar OPTI6PM Opti Pro 400-Watt 6.5-Inch, 4 Lanzar OPTITW Optidrive 1-Inch Titanium Dome, Infinity Basslink 200-Watt, Dual 10-Inch from a Nexus 7 in my Vette. Hated the Bose system and the antiquated double din stereo head it came with. It's been a year and it still works great. Would I have purchased it if all I listen to was Andrea Bocelli? No! But it's clean enough for Saliva, Volbeat and classic rock and it's loud enough when the top is down which makes me happy.
