Works as promised.
Works as promised. Took my daughter's bicycle to Jabel Hafeet top all the way from Abu Dhabi. As it was the first trip, was a bit concerned initially, but started gaining confidence day by day.. it's very strong and useful bar for transporting step-through bicycles.

Weak spring makes it scary to use.
Looks neat, smart packing and design is exactly a copy of Allan Sports cross bar but the spring is too weak. Since I have the Allen Rack bar I can tell this feels so flimsy that I don't have the confidence it will hold the bikes safe. You are better off spending a few more dollars and getting the real stuff.

Well packaged by the manufacturer. Used it on a number of occasions and not had any issues. Looks like it will withstand the test of time. The only thing you need to be careful of is, when taking it off, remember it is spring loaded so when it returns to its default size I always catch my finger where they meet.

So far, it is excellent
So far, so good. Seems very sturdy and well made. My bike is 36 pounds and seems so far to be working well for my needs. Attaches in seconds with no issues. Due to the set up of my bike, I had to install it the opposite way than what is in the pictures on the listing. I have the yoke end attached under my seat and the U end under the handle bars - works perfectly! Certainly easy enough to put on and take off each time if needed, but I think I will just leave it on all the time.

Lightweight and fits most bicycles, not for e-bikes.
Very useful for transporting bicycles without a straight cross-bar as with most kids and adult bikes these days that are gender-neutral. I added a small rubber tube on the pin to prevent bike rash but other than that very robust quality and should easily withstand weight of around 20kgs. Easy to attach and detach, I bought 2 and have been using them for several months without any issues. The ends are all rubberised and can stretch out to fit most bicycles, just not e-bikes too heavy.
