I couldn't be happier. Instead of the big. bulky, heavy power washer I use to use this is as if someone listened to my prayers. Since my surgeries that doesn't allow me to handle big and heavy anymore I am always looking for ways to do my work on my own as I always did. I took a chance with this and I couldn't be happier. I've used it at least 4 times since I bought it and the results are great! So far the men who have come to use it was impressed with it's size, portability and ease of use, they didn't think it would do the job as well as the wheeled heavy duty machine we always used. I can lift it without any problems. It's about the size of a car battery but much, much lighter. It doesn't move around while being used either. With all the concrete to keep clean, this was my best purchase. Cleaned the siding like a boss!! I'd recommend it.

My deck needed some love, I had not cleaned it for a few years now. I originally was looking to buy a cordless pressure washer but all had some issue and none seem to connect properly to a standard hose. Then I switched to looking at portable ones and finally decided I should stick with a name brand.I am not disappointed. Worked great from the first squeeze of the trigger.- Easy set up with no leaking- Feels sturdy but it is still light and portable- The Cord length and hose easily long enough to cover a very large area- It wasn't what I would call quiet, but it was no louder than a trimerI was able to start using it within 15 minutes of opening the box. And while I was using it, my wife asked to try and I couldn't get it back. Easy to use and extremely satisfying.The price was a little higher than some that "seemed" comparable but don't be fooled, this is worth it.

This was a great buy,literally easy as 1,2,3 to use,it started stripping some paint from the car,the cord was good length made washing the car fast and hassle free. The only problem i had was i had to use the water pump each time to get the water pressure. All in all it works well.

I’ve had other midsize washers and even gas washers, but I’ve been looking for something small specifically just to wash the cars in my driveway and this is perfect!Plenty of pressure for cleaning cars, your walkway, even your driveway however I’d recommend a slightly bigger one for that.Put for the size and portability of this machine the power of it is perfect for its size and exactly what I was looking for.Now for $100 don’t expect a perfect packageThe foam cannon reallY isn’t a foam cannon but that’s okay because I already have a decent oneI used it for about an hour 1/2 this morning washing 3 cars, and it didn’t skip a beat.The hose even though it’s 20feet still doesn’t seem to be long enough but then again $100I seen some other reviews about the wand leaking, i haven’t seen that yet but also I wouldn’t expect that to perfect either as your really just laying down the pressure washer, but if that does ever happen I’ll just buy a. More flexible hose and a better wantBut the machine itself overall seems to be good quality, it doesn’t feel cheap, everything feels tight and weighted.ALSO very important prime it with water making sure there is no air before you turn it on

I've had this product for nearly three years now. I primarily use this product for car washes. To date, the motor works great. However, steer clear of using the sprayer that came with this product - it is very low quality. During my most recent car wash, I've attached the nozzle to the sprayer as usual, and it "clicked" in indicating that it was locked in. That turned out to not be the case because several seconds into pressure washing the car, the nozzle ejected from the sprayer and hit my front door at great velocity. This has caused a serious dent to my car which I recently purchased brand new. Various dent repair shops have quoted me at least $200 to repair the dent to my car. Not visible in the photos are several fine hairline scratches that seemed to have penetrated the paint of my car, so that will patently be an additional repair cost in itself. I've filed a complaint about the damage to my car to Craftsman's parent company Stanley Black & Decker, but they have so far been unhelpful.

Very nice little pressure washer. Great for little jobs. I got it for washing my cars. It perfect for doing a house windows the BQ grill. I have a hot water steam pressure washer and a 3000 psi cold water pressure washer. But this little guy is perfect for small things. Grab and go. Easy to put away light to carry around. Lot less hassle than to drag out the bigger washer. I’m hoping it lasts a long time. Seems like it should last for years.

My husband has a gigantic gas-powered power washer that has a pull handle to start. I'm 62. I'm over all that 30s-something garage tool stuff. I read the instructions, hooked everything up and away I went. It cleaned what I wanted it to clean perfectly. Maybe not as perfectly as that gas-powered behemoth, but good enough that I'm delighted. The cord and the hose are long enough to get out to the back garden and clean the landscaping. I cleaned 10 years of dirt and grime off the landscaping and now I need sunglasses when I look at it, it's so bright and clean. I cleaned the stepping stones in the yard and they look lovely. I washed the entire deck (45 feet from front to back) and the deck stairs. It looks amazing. I cleaned the diving board and it's white again. The pressure is strong enough so that I did end up washing some peeling stain off the deck. It was easy to put together, the instruction were clear and it has performed well in the over 4 hours this weekend that I've used it. The housing is black plastic and it can be cleaned off with a quick spray once you're done cleaning everything you can find to clean. The trigger is hand pulled as opposed to finger pulled, which saves on hand fatigue. There is about a one-second delay between pulling the trigger and the high-pressure water. That's enough time to give something a quick spray without the pressure. I'm delighted with it.

Do Not Buy, I asked for refund as the pressure washer was faulty and they gave me 50% from what I paid for it.
