Hard to say if helpful..
Can't say if it has really helped with hair growth but at the very least it smells nice and conditions my hair well! Overall I would buy it again as it doesn't hurt and may have some hair growth benefits.

This leaves my hair feeling and smelling wonderful. Not frizzy. And definitely promotes hair growth for those of us that are starting to thin out a bit. If that bald spot is starting to be noticeable or that hairline is receding. Use this and its companion shampoo. Seriously, I love it.

Hair is so soft
I've used the conditioner twice, now, and it's left my hair feeling soft and shiny. I have thin hair and this conditioner didn't weigh it down at all!
