I bought this over and I cannot setup the clock. I am not sure it has a clock altogether. Does it have a clock and can it display the time when off?

Outside including handle is 17", inside is 13". I love this oven, had several and by far this is the best one.

What do you broil on if it doesn't come with a broil pan?

There is a heavy duty grill pan that comes with it and that’s what you broil on. I love it. It works beautifully. You would like it to.
