Bach flowers are infused, energized water and are not aromatherapy oils, therefore do not have an aroma. If you wish to have a scent to the diffusing, it is best to add aromatherapy essential oil to the water.

Hi, This isn't an oil, but liquid drops. It works better placing a few drops under your tongue or a few drops in a bottle of water that you are drinking to get the intended essence of Star of Bethlehem. I hope this answer helps.
