Can i use a 20vol developer to make it more permanent

Personally this didn't work on my hair at all . And im a natural blond so went back to my original jerome russel Bblonde Maximum Lift Cream Peroxide 30 Vol and powder 30 mins later and you can see the results in my video so I'm not sure about your question really sorry
