umlout Ontario Black Thermal Winter Quilted Door Curtain- Saves Energy, Reduce Draughts, Lower Bills

Stunning curtain for my door no more wind coming through

Bought for my front door. I have wooden flooring and aluminium glass double glazed door. So I’m the winter it’s quite cold in the hallway. Bought this curtain and a telescopic tension rod. Will say it has made a difference to the heat loss. It keeps the draughtiness out. Quite a nice looking curtain. Bit darker than I thought. (Mink) but it looks neutral which is ok. Is lightweight and is fit for purpose. Quite pleased with this. I ordered the rod and the sticky hooks as a bundle. The sticky hooks are ok but I found one side of the rod was slightly thicker than the other and the hook was too small.so be aware of this if you buy the bundle. It will fit the rod but not one end where it really needs to go, as you won’t be able to pull the curtain to the end. I managed to prop the rod inside the recess of the door for a perfect tight fit without the sticky hooks. A good cheap draughty solution for now.

Arrived on time. Much lighter than I thought (weight wise) but good quality and colour as described. Have used it to stop draughts coming through from my porch door and it's definitely made a difference. Good value for money as some sold in shops are 3 times more expensive.

We have this curtain between our kitchen/dining room and living room as there is no door. It’s very good at keeping the heat in the living room. Extremely pleased with our purchase. Good quality too

I love this! I’m using to cover my front door which is really made a difference to the cold draughts. I also chose the chocolate colour as it looks warm. The material is good quality and well made 🤩

It was quite a challenge to find a single door curtain of this exact size that was made out of a soft material and not the stiffer PVC type material. I bought one of these a couple of years ago for my front door and it does a great job of dealing with the draughts. I decided i also wanted one for my bedroom door and i opted for the same curtain as I know it works well. It is so light it is easy to hang from a cheap tension rod and it won't fall down. It also washed much better than any of the PVC curtains and I think the plushness of it provides better insulation against draughts too. The PVC curtains are probably better at reflecting sunlight/keeping heat out, but that is no matter, as I only ever need these curtains in the winter. I ordered this on a Thursday and 24 hours later it was in my hands and that was with free delivery. You can't top that. UPDATE I found another benefit for this curtain. Over the winter i have found that if i use it across my bedroom door when i am working from home, it means i can keep the door open so i can hear anyone at my front door, but keep the heat in my bedroom at the same time. Previously I'd have to keep my bedroom door shut and would miss those couriers who steadfastly refuse to ring the door bell in favour of one quick, timid knock! Now i can even hear them, not be marked as 'not home' and miss a delivery and still stay warm. A real bonus.

Thinner than expected. Definitely not black out. Colour against day light looks more plum than charcoal. Seems to be doing the job of reducing draft. Easy to use

It seems really thin, but works really well. Being thin it is not bulky and means it is easy to store to to side of the door if you don't have a lot of space. Due to being light weight it hangs on a shower rail with no problem. It was a perfect length and width to cover the door and kept the cold out. It is not the most attractive curtain but fitted the bill. Due to not being bulky and being able to hang on a shower rail, I've been able to remove both to store out of the way during the summer.
