Does this come with the preorder bonus?

Updates: I've had a rep try to tell me that the screenshoted webcache of Amazon advertising the preorder bonus did not come from the Amazon website. 
I've spent the past 2 hours on the phone and in chat complaining. If you want Amazon to quit scamming you out of the advertised preorder bonuses, I encourage everyone to start doing the same. 
Amazon was always good about preorder dlc in the past. But as of 2021 they quit caring. I have not recieved a single preorder email in the year 2021, and I preorder a lot. And I know it's not just me. This has happened with every new release this year. You all need to start being vocal if you want this to stop. Start contacting support on chat. Call them on the phone. Do this with every preorder that they fail to provide the advertised dlc with. Even if you fail. Don't take any bribes of 5 dollar credits. Keep demanding your dlc, even when they claim to not know what you're talking about. Screenshot everything before purchasing. It helps. Contact publishers and report amazon not providing the bonuses and send the screenshots to the publishers. Some of them will fight on your behalf (*hint: Bandai Namco is one of them and has helped me in the past with Scarlet Nexus). This is the only way things get done and the only way you get the full products you purchase early for.

What language does it have for system/dialogue and voice?

This game has the option to change the language between Japanese and English on the title screen. Another interesting addition is that the opening theme song this time around has two versions. The song is based on the language you have selected. If you chose English, the theme song is sung in English. If you play in Japanese, the theme song changes to the Japanese version.

Just means it's recommended for players 15 years and older.
