Good quality, Blackseed oil; easy to swallow
This is very important to use for detoxification. It’s healthy for you and helps certain issues and prevent certain problems. You can look that up on the Internet; reasonably priced.I like the capsules more than the liquid. I don’t seem to taste it when it’s in the capsules.

For anyone with Covid or a flu virus this works quickly to reduce symptoms.Used and worked AMAZING for treatment of Covid. Works for head and chest colds and bronchitis also. Trial studies have been done on Covid using BSO (Nigella Sativa) and honey. Proved to reduce Covid symptoms BY 6-7 days from 13 or more.My only symptoms while taking BSO (and got a positive Covid test) were runny nose and mild headache for a few days. Took it before testing positive, during, and after Covid as I have asthma. Everyone in house has used BSO as a precautionary Covid treatment when I tested positive and we are Covid free. Interesting only one of us got Covid while we all treated with BSO. It did not spread throughout the house (cannot say if due to the BSO but we didn't isolate within walls) the symptoms were reduced by the BSO. no chest or respiratory issues. The BSO has the ability to fend off the virus well and cuts duration of symptoms down by a week or more. Take a capsule in am and pm with food. Some people use only when needed -others use daily.
