Eastman 1-1/4 Inch 17-Gauge Steel P-Trap with Flange and Cleanout, Brass Plumbing Fitting, Chrome Finish, 35020

Don't normally make this purchase online, but with the current situation, I bought here, rather than going to the larger building supply retailers.Just a homeowner that does most of my own repairs, but the Eastman 35020 P-trap is by far the best part of its kind I've ever purchased/installed.The 17 gauge makes a huge difference in concept of quality. (most of the in stock traps, that I have seen, are stated to be 22 gauge or are made of plastic.) Excellent plating. Excellent finish. All dimensions were spot on for installation and it looks great under sink. I joked that I may leave the doors off of the vanity so I could see the P-trap....I will have to start looking for the 'Eastman' brand going forward to see what else they make. A truly well made product.Price was reasonable compared to the large retailers and in this instance, the part arrived two days earlier than guaranteed.Very pleased with the purchase and the part.

What i like about this unit is the ease of getting something out of the trap that is accidently dropped in the drain. The bottom screw cap is worth the extra money especially if you have small children.

The p-trap looks well made and with luck will last for many years. The clean out port will make clearing the trap super easy if it should ever clog.

Needed a new p-trap since my old one failed - does the job perfectly. Easy installation and no leaks. I like the clean out valve it has too.

the one I got wasn't a fake... or if it were, it was still a good quality metal trap.
