Bought this for ONE, but the wife took one for her mic.
I had an older SM58 I was renovating, so I bought this set, figuring I'd have a spare afterward. We got a brand new SM in the mail today. She likes the blue ring from this replacement better than the original. So, before she has even sung a note on the new mic, she snagged the replacement head for her new mic. FUNNY !!! Anybody ever notice sometimes women are funny? So, my new spare head is a brand new original head (no blue ring). These are great and totally worth the money.!!

Instantly change your SM58 into a BETA 58-A clone !!!
Sure, you could pay $150 for a real BETA 58-A, and they are great mics. OR... you can turn ANY 58-type microphone into a BETA 58-A clone for only $5 with these grill heads - thanks to the little bright blue rubber rings !!! But on a serious note... The threads of these grill heads are not finished very well, but they do screw onto a real SM58 mic - just be careful. The internal foam doesn't fit inside very well, but who cares - it doesn't hurt the sound. The metal grill mesh is slightly more coarse than an original SM58, and the finish is slightly more shiny. No one will EVER know or care about any of that, just as they wont have any idea you're not holding a real BETA 58-A - LOL !!! I really did buy these just for the little blue rings (which I couldn't find anywhere else) and now I have my original SM-58 grills as backups. Not OEM quality, but definitely 4-star value for a $5 purchase.

You do sound and you own microphones. You know what these are for.
I replaced a couple of windscreens on my SM 58's that had rust on them from storage. They fit perfectly. And they look like brand new.
