Vale cada centimo, comprei recondicionado mas o livro estava impecavel, para praticantes da modalidade ou para quem esteja curioso neste estilo de luta ou prática, é possivel aprender os movimentos correctos e precisos, nomes, historia e muito mais, claro que o livro não remove a necessidade de um Mestre para corrigir e guia, mas é um livro extremamente completo.

Avevo già comprato il primo libro della serie, di cui questa è la versione ampliate: più spiegazioni dettagliate, anche per quanto riguarda i fondamentali del taekwondo, l'ausilio dei video e un'attenzione generale, che già nel primo si percepiva, anche per i particolari. Per chi gareggia, o anche solo per chi ama "le forme" di questa meravigliosa disciplina, non è un testo essenziale, è fondamentale. Fidatevi, il prezzo vale il pezzo...
