Excellent product but you need to buy their first time user kit for the bits to squirt out the wax after the solution has been in your ears for 15 minutes. Don't use cotton wool buds. This is the second pack I have purchased and it lasts for ages. I can't praise it enough except to say you seem only to be able to buy it on Amazon.com not .es nor co.uk so the cost adds up a little when you pay for the postage. Really I am a happy guy with this.
