Nutricost L-Theanine 200mg, 120 Capsules, Double Strength, Gluten Free

My husband and I have been taking these for a year already. I have anxiety, ptsd, cognitive decline and sleep issues. It helps. So I take one in the morning and one with magnesium before bed, and my sleeping has improved a great deal. Better than sleeping pills for me if i pair the two (i am not a doctor so ask yours. Just works for me). The energy boost is a huge help. I have to take them every day, if I miss one day eh that's OK but its good to stay consistent. No side effects which I love. Easy to take because its not too big and the capsules are easy to swallow. Having cptsd, anxiety and cognitive issues have always been an issue in my adult years especially after a head injury, but with taking these my thoughts are clearer and I show signs of being more focused. Again I recommend but please run it by your doctor first.

I’ve been using this L-Theanine supplement and I really like it. It helps me feel calmer and more relaxed without making me feel groggy during the day. I’ve also noticed that I’m able to unwind more easily at night and sleep better. The capsules are easy to take, and I’m very happy with the results so far. I have to admit that the majority of supplements that I've taken don't seem to do anything, at least not for me. This is one of the rare exceptions. I take this at night time most nights before going to sleep, and also sometimes if I have to play the piano in front of a group, it seems to take the edge off of the nervousness.

I’ve been using this L-Theanine 200mg together with my coffee. It seems to help make the energetic feeling from coffee last longer while making the peak feeling less intense. For me, it also helps with focus while giving me a calmer feeling. One thing to note is that taking too much can make me feel a little drowsy or lightheaded, so I personally prefer to stay at a moderate amount 1 or 2 Capsules per day

Der Praxistest: Die perfekte Kombination Isoliert eingenommen wirkt L-Theanin leicht entspannend. Seine wahre Magie entfaltet dieses Supplement für mich aber erst in Kombination mit Koffein. Ich nehme mittlerweile vor jeder Lernsession oder Prüfung genau eine Kapsel (200mg L-Theanin) zusammen mit ca. 100mg Koffein ein. Das Ergebnis ist überragend: Das L-Theanin eliminiert sämtliche negativen Nebenwirkungen des Koffeins. Keine innere Unruhe, kein Herzrasen, kein Zittern. Übrig bleibt eine unglaubliche, stundenlange Konzentration, gepaart mit einer tiefen, mentalen Entspanntheit. Ich gehe mittlerweile in absolut keine Prüfung mehr ohne diese Kombination! This is my 2nd day of use. I have used L-Theanine previously (on and off) from a different brand. This is my first experience with Nutricost. All the classic effects of L-theanine are felt within 1 hour. Beautiful, bliss, calm, empathetic, focus. Great for spending time with loved one. Great for building relations. L-theanine is a beautiful molecule. But from my previous experience, the effects stop after a few days due to tolerance buildup. Have to wait and see. I will update after some days.
