I’m very impressed with this fish oil. The main reason I love it is the lack of any fishy smell or aftertaste. Unlike other brands, I don’t get those annoying "fish burps" after taking it. The softgels are a bit large, but they are smooth and easy to swallow. I only need to take one capsule a day to get a high dose of Omega-3s, which is much more convenient than taking multiple pills. It’s also made from wild-caught Alaskan Pollock and is 3rd-party tested, so I feel good about the purity and quality I'm getting. Overall, this is a clean, effective supplement that supports my health without the gross taste. I highly recommend it!

وصل لي المنتج تالف، الحبوب شبه مائعة ومتأثرة بالشمس! يجب ارجاع المنتج، لكن غير قابل للارجاع!!!

I’ve only just begun taking these about 5 days ago but Amazon requested a review. While I do not notice anything different, nor will I know if I should ever… I’ve always heard Omega 3 is essential to our health. The gel capsule is huge but easy to swallow. It’s not dry and chalky. I have not noticed any negative effects so far. I have severe dry eye disease and I’m hoping these will help with the pain. This is one of the claimed benefits. The benefits are a long list, which are supposed to be from Brain, depression, metabolic, triglycerides, joint pain and so much more. I could definitely use all of the help in all of these areas. Value for $$ is always a tough question. You can’t put a price on health but it’s understandable for people who cannot afford such supplements. Then it gets to the point where, how many supplements are enough or necessary? I believe this is a highly important one. I would always like to find better prices (not because I’m cheap) but because life is tough and we want to be healthy yet not go broke. Mix ability? Not sure what I’d be mixing it with other than other supplements and water.💦
