Grandma always told me Omega 3’s were important for our health! I finally listened!
I’ve only just begun taking these about 5 days ago but Amazon requested a review. While I do not notice anything different, nor will I know if I should ever… I’ve always heard Omega 3 is essential to our health. The gel capsule is huge but easy to swallow. It’s not dry and chalky. I have not noticed any negative effects so far. I have severe dry eye disease and I’m hoping these will help with the pain. This is one of the claimed benefits. The benefits are a long list, which are supposed to be from Brain, depression, metabolic, triglycerides, joint pain and so much more. I could definitely use all of the help in all of these areas. Value for $$ is always a tough question. You can’t put a price on health but it’s understandable for people who cannot afford such supplements. Then it gets to the point where, how many supplements are enough or necessary? I believe this is a highly important one. I would always like to find better prices (not because I’m cheap) but because life is tough and we want to be healthy yet not go broke. Mix ability? Not sure what I’d be mixing it with other than other supplements and water.💦

Worth the money! Invest in your health!
I purchased this product based on its ingredients and ratings. I’ve only been taking it for about two weeks so far . It’s packaged nicely and does not smell or taste like fish at all! I have not had any strange symptoms or side effects at this time, but I don’t expect to either.
