Using this replacement shaver head set for my Braun 3080s wet and dry shaver has been a joy. Firstly remember your own shaving habit, do you regularly use your shaver to just tidy up an odd spot here and there..? As well as a daily shave if indeed you do that then the flashing orange warning light to remind you to change the head might be a little premature. However, for me using that as an indication that it is getting time to change has been useful. What I mean is I typically do not realise how less sharp my original heads have become until I replace them. Then I am welcomed to a very close shave without any odd tugging or snatching at stubble. It is a very smooth shave. I have uploaded a few photos to show how these compare to the ones from the 3080s, identical. Hopefully they will last as long as indicated in the description, 18 months. If it does then the value is incredible. I will update this review over time if and when any problems with the blade or the foil occurs. So far, I very much recommend this set of replacement heads. Despite the official recommendation of replacing the whole head every 18 months, the original foil only started ripping after 22 years and with the new head, it feels like a brand-new shaver. I tried a couple of off-brand alternatives, but they only fit 95% and didn't have the same flexibility.
