A book that opens the way towards healing
The book is so eye opening! It makes you reflect on yours and others’ behavior. Sometimes it felt hard to understand and focus as Gabor uses medical terms in order to explain the impact of stressful situations on our health. But still the real/life examples he shares will arouse your curiosity. I loved it because it presents you with the tools to work towards a healthier lifestyle which you can achieve by listening more to yourself and essentially being authentic.
