This energy gel is really good. It tastes good and gives me the energy I need during my long runs. The only thing I would like is for the closure to be more practical because I eat half of it at a certain distance and then the other half after a few km and it is uncomfortable to carry it in my hand so that it does not spill in the bag of my shorts. If it had a "cap" that can be opened and closed easily it would be very comfortable.
