This book is unlike other books in that it provides a VERY clear blueprint and action plan. The author is so experienced and knowledgeable and does a splendid job at articulating his ideas to make them easy to understand. He does this by telling stories - he teaches Storytelling by telling stories, then breaking them down and showing what he did and why, and then teaching methods on implementing these techniques in our own stories. Storyworthy is geared towards verbal storytelling but it's been helpful for me personally when brainstorming ideas for my written work as well. I would recommend this book 100%. Also, the book is SOOO incredibly entertaining to read that it didn't feel like the mental workout it actually is, which is what made me appreciate this book so much more.

This has so many good ideas! My daily writing has improved and increased with the ideas I am receiving from this book. It was recommended to me in a writing class, and it has made all the difference. Loved the stories, love the techniques I now use.
