Indebted Epilogue [Winters, Pepper] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Indebted Epilogue Review: Happily ever after at last! - I've never seen an epilogue that needed its own whole book, but then, I've never seen one over 100 pages, either! This is a nice wrap up to the Indebted series, especially if you have stuck with it through all 6 previous books. The book starts out shortly after the events of Indebted 6 - Final Debt, and tells about all of the many changes taking place around Hawksridge Hall after all the events that have happened. Commentaries are made from various characters' points of view. Then the book moves to just more than three months later. More changes take place as everyone slowly sinks into the reality of a new normal. Life goes on and gets even better. This is followed by events happening six months after that. Further things happen as Hawksridge has become a welcoming home for both Hawks and Weavers. Nila has been able to get back into her fashion business, and Jethro couldn't be more proud of her and the acclaim she receives and deserves. Jethro receives the happiest news he's ever had in his life. Then it is three years later. Hawks and Weavers become even more of a family. They continue to remember loved ones left behind in the final battles, but more forward with ever more love and joy. Lastly it is five and a half years later. Jethro and Nila are just as in love as ever, and it keeps getting stronger every day. Hurts and mistrust between the Hawk and Weaver families have faded to the past. But, as the old expression goes, "those that do not learn from history are destined to repeat it." Even although the awful Debt Inheritance has been sentenced to remain in the past forever, Jethro and Nila believe it is important to be honest about their past family history, and not hide it from the next generation. They must learn that the horrendous things that happened for so many hundreds of years must never happen again."All it takes is for one of us to be brave enough to turn on the light." Something for all of us to remember as we carry on with our own lives. If we don't like where we're at, it's up to us to change it. A perfect ending to a phenomenal series. Review: Nice Wrap up - Book seven in the series which is the Epilogue of the Indebtedness series goes through the various times in the lives of those remaining Weavers and Hawks. The book wraps up how much their lives have changed, how much those under employ now have better lives being treated kindly and considerate monetarily as well as appreciated like part of the family. You find out what is in store for Nila and Jethro, for Vaughn and Jasimine, for Textile, and also long lost sister Jacqueline, as well the Diamond Brothers, and so many of the employees in other countries. With the history of the Hawks and Weavers being so painful this was a nice book to make you pull back from the terror of the past and enjoy the hope of the future. Good story!

the perfect mix of sexy and sweet
There are minor spoilers in this review. Oh I loved this extended epilogue. It was the perfect mix of sexy and sweet. I kind of wish all of Pepper's books had longer epilogues like this one. It would be perfect for all her books. And if any of her characters deserve to live happily ever after it's definitely Nila and Jethro because of all the shit they went through. This book takes place over the course of quite a few years. We see Jethro and Nila getting married, settling into their lives at Hawksridge Hall, having their first baby and a few years later their second. The names of their kids, Kestrel and Emma made me cry a little. I still miss Jethro's brother, Kes. We also see what life brings for Vaughn and Jasmine, which I thought was really nice because I've been shipping them every since they met. I'm glad they got their happily ever after as well. *cries some more* This book isn't dark like the rest of the series. It focuses more on how happy Nila and Jethro are now and what life is bringing them. But there are a couple of very steamy scenes at least. I mean, it's still a story by Pepper Winters, so what did you expect? I just love the way she balances the sexy and sweet. It was perfection. And I'm already missing these characters.

Delicious in its depravity
Reading a book written by Pepper Winters is like diving into the chilly ocean on an early summer day; you know it’s going to be shocking, you know it’s going to hurt a little yet it will be exhilarating and thrilling. You just need to dive in quick and once you are in it feels so good. The Indebted series tells the story of two families involved in a 600-year-old blood feud. Nila Weaver is destined to atone for her ancestors’ atrocities by submitting to the cruelty of her debtor, Jethro Hawk. Make no mistake, this is no Romeo and Juliette. This is a dark and twisted saga, but so engrossing, captivating from the first page. It was hard to put these books down, the heart-pounding drama keeping me awake night after night into the wee hours. The Indebted series is delicious in it’s depravity, the ultimate struggle between evil and good. And of course a love story that captures your heart. Winters writes stories like no other. She is a uniquely gifted author who weaves her tales in rich detail. Her characters are complex, she paints her scenes so vividly you can imagine them as if in a dream, or at times, a nightmare. I loved this story! I laughed, I cried, I bit off my nails and was completely sleep deprived. Oh, and definitely had a book hangover that was so worth it! The Epilogue wraps things up very nicely for the Hawks and the Weavers. It is a perfect ending to this saga.

Loved it
This epilogue was perfect. So short, yet jam packed with some amazing goodies. We get to see into Jethro and Nila's future, catch a glimpse of where Jasmine and Vaughn end up, and see all the HEA goodness. God, I love these guys. I appreciate the raw emotions we got to see, and the brutal honesty in regards to Jacqueline. I LOVED seeing it all. I want to gush more, but that would be soooooo spoilery. I would read a million more books about these characters! Are there any spinoffs?! I gotta go search! 10 years late, but I'm so damn glad I finally picked this series up.

This is the perfect epilogue for this story. It perfectly concluded each story line. This whole series was dark and terrifying, but inspirational at the same time. I really enjoyed the whole series. Good triumphs over evil and true love prevails.

tutta la serie è veramente molto avvincente e ricca di suspence e colpi di scena - è attivo il word wise (oltre al dizionario) che sicuramente facilita la lettura anche per chi non è espertissimo con l'inglese

I absolutely loved this book, along with all of the Indebted series. Pepper puts you on such an emotional rollercoaster throughout, from gripping the edge of your seat and wanting to throw your kindle across the room to being in tears. The Indebted series is a must read! This book was the cherry on the top of a story that I did not want to end! I am so surprised that people were complaining about having to buy the Epilogue. I see their point but for me, this was a nice surprise when I saw there was a little bit more of Nila and Jethro for us. The way I see it is: A) It was 99p I mean, come one??!! B) Book 4 contains 386 pages and costs £3.95. Book 5 contains 350 pages and costs £3.73. Book 6 is 481 pages and the Epilogue is 123 pages, that's £3.98 for the two books combined and double the amount of pages! She could have put the Epilogue at the end for £2.99 but even though she didn't, you are still getting more for your money. As always Pepper is a legend!
