UPDATE: I know this isn’t a huge deal but the watch is fast a couple of seconds. I’ve had it less than a month and it’s not at the same level of my other Citizen. Not enough to return the watch but still a little annoying.This is my second watch by Citizen, my first being a Promaster Diver. I love this watch for a variety of reasons. First of all, I love the Eco-drive feature as I will never have to worry about my watch dying on me and changing batteries. It came uncharged right out of the box but started up within seconds (it did the 2-second tick). The watch itself is very nice looking and is not flashy. I like the black finish on the case and the matching finish on the buckle. Something else that I really liked was the tan (beige?) numbers and markings. It really gave it a vintage feel in my opinion.As for the strap, I read a lot of people were having issues with it being short. It fits my wrist with two holes left over so it fits but I wish it was a little longer so I could put the extra band through the loops. I am not a huge fan of canvas but this one feels nice and isn't itchy. The band is a bit stiff but I'm hoping it will soften up as it gets worn.Since the numbers aren't flush to the rim of the case (there is a bezel), the watch wears smaller than 43mm. I appreciate this as I was worried that it would look oversized on my wrist. Additionally, some people mentioned that the second hand wasn't lining up correctly with the markings. I didn't have this issue at all. A leaflet came in the box telling me how to register it and how to set the time/date.Overall, I would highly recommend this watch. I got this watch for $140 in April 2020.

I've always wanted to buy a Citizen for my watch collection. They're a great brand and really offer a lot of bang for the buck, you know? But for whatever reason I kept putting it off. That's until I saw this bad boy.I do a lot of photography and needed a watch for the outdoors and this watch fits that bill perfectly. The eco-drive movement means that light (any light actually) will keep it powered, so I don't need to worry about the battery dying. It feels solid too and looks like it can take a beating.It's water resistant too (although I wouldn't dive or swim with it bc of the strap). Plus, it has different dials for different functions which is always a plus.The band itself was the biggest selling point for me. It just looks like it's meant to be outdoors in the wild. It's really nice.I will say thought that this is a thick watch like others said. Not heavy per se, just thick. Plus, the watch band does need to be broken in.All this being said, I plan on using this as my go-to watch whenever I'm outdoors. Imo this is a great watch at a great price.

Hola. Primero que nada decirte que me llegó mucho antes de la fecha publicitada, sin embargo no me agradó que el repartidor me lo dejara en el piso por fuera de la puerta de mi casa. Afortunadamente me di cuenta de inmediato. Hace ya un par de años que le traía ganas a este modelo en particular (con mini-relojitos útiles en la carátula) para sustituir al Citizen Eco-Drive que aún sigue funcionando después de 20 años de uso diario. Es el perfecto sustituto. Estoy muy contento con la marca (bonitos, precisos, duraderos y no tan caros). Ampliamente recomendado.

Very good watch and really like the solar power.

This is a nice, heavy watch that feels like it will last. I purchased it for vacation since I don't like wearing my really expensive watch when I travel and it is going to be great for that purpose. It feels like a much more expensive watch and looks great on. I am female with very small wrists (I like a big watch) and I wear it on the third from the tightest hole which tells me the band is small. It's great for me because it fits me perfectly, but I would expect a large man (and this really is a men's watch) would find the watch band too small. I really like the unique color and large numbers on the face. Plus - no winding or battery!
