Easy to swallow

Very effective for sleep
I’m finding these tablets very effective in helping me get to sleep (and get back to sleep if I have to get up in the night). I take them 2 hours before bed time to give them time to take effect and they’re now part of my pre-sleep routine. The tablets are a bit large but I break them in half to make it easier to take them. Definitely recommend them.

Hard to swallow. I have to cut them in half. I wouldn’t recommend these if you have difficulty swallowing pills as they are bulky. Everything else is good about them.

Worth the buy!
Purchased this for my husband’s sleep apnea after a recent flare-up. After one week of use, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in his sleep quality. It took about 4 days to kick in, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommended!

Not as fatigued
I’ve just started taking these Magnesium with Zinc tablets, so I can’t speak to the long-term benefits yet, but here are my early impressions. The tablets are definitely on the larger side compared to other supplements I’ve tried, and they have a slightly synthetic feel when swallowing. That said, they go down fine with water once you get used to them. The packaging is straightforward and efficient — the tub is sturdy, easy to open, and contains a generous amount, so it should last a while. I also appreciate that the label is clear about what’s included and how to take it. It’s early days, but I do feel like these are helping me stay more consistent with my daily routine. Whether or not that’s directly down to the supplement, I’ve noticed I’m paying more attention to my health since starting these. Overall, this is a no-nonsense supplement: simple packaging, straightforward instructions, and a good amount in each tub. The tablets are a bit large, but if that’s not a dealbreaker for you, this is a solid option.
