The first screen that I got was defective. Nothing would happen when I tried turning it on. I was a bit nervous that I had done something wrong but after putting the original cracked screen back in I was relieved that the phone itself still worked. I reached out to the company and they quickly sent me a new screen free of charge. They were very kind and professional. After receiving the new one I didn’t even need the instructions cause its really so simple. The magnetic screw organization template is very handy as well. The hardest part was suctioning off the old screen, because of where the cracks were I couldn’t get a good suction but that has nothing to do with this product. The second time though it probably only took me 30 mins start to finish and I was super relieved to see it working beautifully and everything looked good as new. The screen itself is thicker than the original iphone 6s screen so it’s not quite and flush with the housing. It pokes up slightly higher but isn’t an issue at all and is still a good quality feeling fit. It comes with a new screen protector as well which isn’t any good. After I gave the phone back to my wife (who I was repairing this for) she said she was having issues texting and when I tried it it did in fact feel awful. So I took the thick screen protector off and that got rid of the sluggish typing and typos 100%. So if you’re buying this you may just want to add a separate screen protector to you cart. All in all the screen is great at a great price with the front mic and speaker and camera pre installed making it super easy and topped off with amazing customer service. Definitely recommend this rout over apple or another phone repair company.

Screen works great, quick and easy installation. I LOVE that this set comes with a glass screen protector. I had a small problem after about a month of usage, to which the seller VERY quickly responded and sent a replacement. 10 stars for sellers who stand behind their product, it makes it much easier for me to know who to purchase from in the future. So yes, I recommend this product! Watch a youtube tutorial, and always disconnect the battery connector first, before you disconnect or connect the display connectors. It’s really easy to fix yourself and MUCH cheaper than apple or independent repair shops.

Watched YouTube thought to give it a try. Last time, had shattered screen repaired locally, cost me $100. This time, the touch screen didn’t work. It would have cost me more. It’s fairly easy repair actually. It came with the thin rim cushion. But didn’t mention it at all in the intro. Thus I took away one star. I realized it only after I put on some gorilla glue at the edge to close it tight, otherwise it would have a tiny but noticeable gap. Overall, great repair kit!

Overall I'm happy with the screen replacement. The kit came with everything I needed. The magnetic screw plate was a very nice touch.Touch screen seems to be working well (been a week so far). I contacted customer service and they were helpful in pointing out Touch ID works only with the original button. I replaced the original and it works well with the screen. The only thing that I would've liked is a way to seal the iPhone again. When I openes up the phone, I saw a black rubber material the was sealing so I feel that would make it better.

So I had to actually buy two of these since I cracked the first one after trying to put the screen on at the very end. It was my fault since there was a small broken piece of plastic on then black adhesive around the edge of the phone supposed to make it waterproof. So just be careful and don’t rush. Make sure to inspect for those small broken pieces of plastic and make sure that the black sticky adhesive is not bunched up causing humps or nonflat surface. Be gentle and it the screen doesn’t clip into place with gentle even pressure make sure to look for something that may be causing it. Don’t make the Mistake I did and then have to order 2 screens. One thing I’d noticed that after replacing the screen and putting the phone back into its protective case that the screen crack afterDropping it onto a wooded floor. I’ve dropped my iPhone 7s on this same floor with a case many time and never cracked the screen so this replacement screen seems not as durable as the original. Just to be sure I ordered a new case that was softer made of softer plastic to see if That help. Also the fingerprint function no longer works which is expected on these replacement screen. Otherwise the screen looks just as good as before

The tutorials and instructions were easy to follow. After I installed it, the screen was blank. I checked and rechecked everything to no avail. I had to bring it to a repair shop to troubleshoot. They found the factory condition of the screen was doomed to fail from the beginning. It was never going to work. I ended up paying for a technical inspection for a screen that was never going to work in the first place. I bought a new screen from them. I thought I was getting a good deal with this screen and doing it myself, instead it cost me $100 more. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP SCREEN, IT WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN!!!

I am very impressed with this screen replacement! The first one I received was defective but the company sent me another one right away and that one worked great! The install was super easy, just follow the video that goes with the instal! The picture isn’t as sharp as my original but for the price it works great for what I needed!

This is a definitely 5 star product for me.- Arrived a day earlier than expected- Installation was simple, fast and easy since you don’t have to switchover anything from the old screen but the home button (which was simple)-All the tools were provided and were good quality tools-My phone mic wasn’t working before and now my phone sounds way clearer and feels brand new. Definitely recommend I saw they also have good customer support. Will buy from them in the future again for sure 🙌🏻
