I bought these for my daughter who is pregnant with her first baby and fighting morning sickness horribly. She said the taste was tolerable as sometimes ginger can be a little hot/spicy. They were easy on her stomach and she was so excited to tell me how well they work and even told me to make sure and leave a good review.

Taste is terrible. So I don’t know if it actually helps with nausea or not. Because I couldn’t handle the taste of them or made me want to vomit.

These taste good (aren’t too sweet) and have been working well for me (paired with unisom at night). They are 15mg of b6 which is nice because you can have them throughout the day, as needed, without worrying you’re getting too much of a daily b6 dose.

I bought these to help with morning sickness in the first trimester and I cannot say I was impressed. I normally rave over all Megafood supplements but these just tasted a bit rough. The texture is also sandy and they were hard to get down and swallow. I did not feel that these helped prevent nausea or decrease active nausea. I have found that a hard candy helped me more and would love in Megafood came up with another option.

I was skeptical when first purchasing, I didn’t know if this was going to be a placebo effect or what but after using the chews for the past week they definitely pack a little punch. Obviously on those real bad days, nothing is super efficient but these are great to pop before work or after a meal when the nausea just starts to hit. The flavor isn’t bad initially but after chewing the texture scares me & I have to force myself to swallow with a chase lol All in all, would recommend for any pregnant lady needing some belly relief :)
