Very great texture—crispy and slightly soft with a nice oat taste. Not too sweet, just balanced and tasty. One pack keeps me full until lunch, which makes it perfect for breakfast. These are delicious biscuits but they all were broken in half when you open it up. They are always broken and not whole biscuits. They are good with Coffee. Very crunchy. I do get addicted to them because they are so delicious. Maybe I would order more if they weren't broken in half. They probably break easy in the shipping so I wouldn't complain. They are decent price if the biscuits were in one whole piece and not broken. I don't think they are all that healthy for one because of the ingredients Great tasting biscuits
