The quality of this steamer is impressive. It feels sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence that it will last for a long time. Great value for money!
I’ve been using this for a year now , and can’t imagine my life without it anymore. It can’t replace ironing 100%, but it’s the best for shirts, sweaters, dresses, jackets, pants. Super easy to install and use. I use filtered water and haven’t have troubles with lime so far (I don’t replace water until the container is empty).

Good steamer but bulky
To start this is a really good clothes steamer My main problem is it is very bulky I only use this occasionally because of its size and time to get it set up The product itself is easy to use and works well Customer support for this company is second to none- they are fantastic

Very convenient and works like a charm
Wish I had bought this years ago. I was attracted to the fact that the hanger set up is all ready to go and the water reservoir is big.Much quicker at getting creases out than my portable steamer . Easy to set up . The trouser clips are a bit awkward to use but otherwise very pleased with this.

Disappointed - stopped working after exactly 2 years.
The SA BI garment steamer worked reasonably well for removing creases, but it completely broke down exactly two years after purchase. For a professional-grade 2200W appliance, I expected much better long-term durability. I would not buy this brand again.
