Do these discs have a sticker on them...as the image or are they printed on. Like can you get the disc wet without any issue?

I would not recommend getting them wet, it is a plastic disc with a sticker.

Does the disc holder come in blue for Martin?

Yes it comes in blue. I tried ordering the green one but was sent blue anyway, so I don’t know how to specifically order Martin’s though. I think you need to see his name in the link description? Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
