I can’t get the pump to work on all three of the bottles what genius during product testing didn’t see this?

Thank you for asking this!! I did what the other person suggested and it didn’t work!! Utterly ridiculous that a company as big as Dial can’t realize their pump is impossible to open!! With??

Does any current dial body wash use the same fragrance that magnetic used to use?

Not that I know of. The fragrance is totally different than any other body wash that we’ve used.
