Great product... works, has so many health benefits... and it works...easy to swallow and no taste or smell. Can see health benefits within couple months....

This stuff is awesome. Highly recommend for fighting inflammation (which is what I mainly wanted it for). I've had pretty bad ezcema on my eyelids. Dry skin plus red patches that circle my eyes (think panda eyes... But red instead of black. Not nice). Hydrocortisone brings it down but it comes right back when I stop. What's more, it's also not a long term solution since it's damaging to the skin. I had a hunch the redness is inflammation, so tried turmeric... Which reduced a bit but not much. Then I heard about black seed oil. The ridiculous amount of scientific studies makes it sound like "nature's wonder drug", so I wanted to try it. Taken it now for a week and the ezcema redness is very nearly gone! Plus, I generally feel great too. My body is stronger and more energised. Since black seed oil has so many benefits, I'm pretty sure it's a great "daily protection" against any health issues. I'll keep using it for a very long time. And quality? Cant fault it. Cold pressed, all natural. And it's really easy to take too (no taste. The capsules are a decent size so some might struggle... But my hot tip is to put the capsule on your tongue... Fill your entire mouth with water and then take big gulps. You won't feel it go down). Definitely give this a try.

Early days yet, so not sure of effectiveness. For me there is a slightly unpleasant taste, but tolerable. Will continue and hopefully get better.

Seems okay and easy to use. Time will tell.

This supplement is a real boost for my well being since taking it.it makes me feel a lot more active than before.

So far so good. I have been taking these for around 3 months and I have not had any illness. I feel that it is boosting my immune system as I've been in situations where I was having lack of sleep, in rooms full of "infected" people yet my immune system has remained strong. I did a blood test health check and my vitals were very strong in general. Some people have complained about the smell, but they just smell like the black seed oil... The size of the capsules are quite big, so if you struggle with this, I would recommend a liquid solution instead. You could probably burst the capsule but the taste wouldn't be great. That being said, I find it easy to swallow, it doesn't float to the top of your mouth with water which is a good thing. I take 1-2 a day and while the benefits are more passive rather than being able to tell, I think they are working as mentioned above, I have not been ill since on these.
