I used one of these saddles for a Taylor Big Baby that I rebuilt. The guitar was left unattended in an attic for years, bridge was off, top was cracked in a couple of spots and pulled off the body and needed a neck reset, it was given to me without a saddle. Once I repaired it and after a couple of years trying out different saddles, I came across these and thought I'd try them, and I am glad I did. My Taylor now sounds more like a Taylor, shimmering highs and not as harsh as when I was using other type of saddles, I'll even go as far as saying it sounds more dynamic. People told me the sound had changed due to the reconstruction; I'm sure a little bit changed but I didn't give up. It is amazing (sometimes) what a bone saddle will do to change the tone of your guitar (not always for the better)The saddle height just happened to be right; the length had to be sanded down to fit, not a big deal, intonation is spot on.I am super happy with this product, and I have three left over for other projects.

I am not a 'real' luthier..I am the guy people bring their guitar to and say "Hey...Make my guitar play like yours."Most Martin saddles cost about 20 bucks and are longer and thinner. They still need to be fitted.These ones ARE Bone (in spite of what somebody wrote down the comments) and slightly fatter than your Modern Martin slot, so you are gonna have to sand a little width.If you don't have sticky paper, make a juke ball of tape with the sticky on the outside and it'll give you good grip to sand this guy.Yes, it is a slightly smaller radius, But these are pliable , inexpensive and work pretty good... I'd rather have them a little fat and size them

Real bone. good replacement

I needed a 72 mm bone saddle. I found these advertised as 72mm and 74 mm. All four were 74 mm. Otherwise, non-bleached bone. You can sand them down from 74 to 72, but would have preferred to only sand to adjust action. Regardless, good saddle for the money.

I repair a lot of 12 strings, and many have a saddle that has been shaved down too low once the guitar is repaired. These bridge saddles are perfect to fit to many asian guitars. I have used them on Yamaha, Tanura, and Rogue instruments. They are good tonally and easy to shape to a solid final fit in the bridge slot - I finish fit them to the bridge with a sponge sanding block in just a few minutes. I'll keep a few in stock at all times. Great price, too!

I had plastic bridge saddles crumble during tuning on 2 separate guitars, one really cheap Rogue, and one fairly nice Fender. I bought these to replace the broken saddles, and they work great. They are slightly oversized, they required a little sanding for proper fit and action adjustment. The tone is great, intonation is spot on, this is a 100% improvement. If you have a plastic bridge saddle I highly recommend this upgrade.

These work good but just so you know, they are a little bit shorter than most stock bridge slots.They are 72mm and most of the slots on my guitars are 74mm.They are bone and they will sound better than plastic to the trained ear..That all being said, the price is great and they are very nicely made!

These are fully intonated saddles, so be sure they match your guitar(s). I was fixing up an old GWL guitar and this was a perfect replacement. I just had to sand it down to adjust the action. And now it sounds great, for a cheap GWL !

YAMAHA LS36に装着。弦高の高さも低くて手直しせずに使用できました。音も良いと思います。しかし、色は色々です。これも、ギターに合わせて使用したら良いかも！

詳細寸法が不明だったので、厚み、高さ共にDIYでのサイズ調整が必要。　ローコストだったので、勉強用にと思って使ってみました。　弦高を下げる為に、少しづつ削って狙い通りの高さにしましたが、結果的には全体のバランス（ネックの反り、フレットの高さ、ナット調整等）を見ながらやらないといけないという事が良く解ったので、良しとする事にしました。

These are nice saddles but as I found out you really need to know how wide your saddle is before ordering. (Down to the thousands of an inch.) I bought these to replace the saddle on my Yamaha FG 840 acoustic but they aren't wide enough. However they will work for my Epiphone EJ-200 so I'm going to keep them.My bad!
