The fringes don’t bother me at all! I usually pin the veil where I have about an inch of hair between my forehead and the veil, so the fringes don’t touch my forehead or face. Hope this helps!

Does it stay or do you need a pin. and if so how do you do it?

It stays fairly well. If you need to you can use bobby pins through the holes in the lace.
