Can this be used on metal baseboard heat covers?

I am certain the temperature of baseboard covers do not get hot enough to damage the paint. I painted my outdoor handrails with the paint and it gets to be 100+ degrees in the summer. Hope this helped.

Can this product be used to paint the inside of a rusted medicine cabinet?

Yes, but I would use a Hammerite primer first then the Hammerite paint in the blue can!

Is this a gloss dark green?

It definitely is a hard gloss finish and yes dark green.

Can I able to spray this product on with a paint spray rig. If so, do you recommend a certain tip size?

I wouldn't think so because it's very thick and it has, I think, fiberglass fibers in it. I'd worry it would clog your equipment. I have bought it in the past in a can, but haven't found it since. It's pricey, but great stuff.
