Acceptable alternative to liquid chalk
It works fast and does its job. I have no issues with lifting 190 kg / 419 lbs deadlifts. I only apply a little bit and reapply a little every other set or so. It has a few downsides: - slightly less grippy than liquid chalk - dries the hands quite a lot and can become a problem if you don't moisturize them right after the workout - some solid chunks form inside the bottle and this makes it difficult to apply I'm giving a 5 star because it allows me to powerlift in a gym that doesn't allow liquid chalk

Trockene und feine Hände
Bin durch Zufall auf Gripshield gestossen, nachdem ich jahrelang ein ähnliches Produkt verwendet habe. Gripshield hat den Vorteil dass es erstens recht flüssig ist und sich gut verteilen lässt, zweitens fast unsichtbar auftrocknet (keine weissen klebrigen Hände) und drittens wirklich lange die Hände trocken hält. Von mir eine klare Epfehlung für dieses Produkt!

Ger bra grepp men det är ej 3,5 dl som utlovats i rubriken utan det är 45 ml
Fungerar bra till Poledance. Men man måste bättra på med mer av produkten inför varje tricks om det ska va bra grepp. Den är dryg så jag kommer att köpa den igen, trotts det höga priset.
