No Expiry date specified on the product. Seal was leaking. I won't be able to use it.
This costly product came without any expiry date printed. Seal was leaking when it arrived. So, I won't be able to use it. I purchased it for my newborn baby. This product is not eligible for return. I lost the money (500 AED).

In a plastic bottle
Very disappointed because it was thought to be in a glass bottle but came in plastic which is of no use!

It works.
It's great for an energy boost, but I have to use with caution because it could send me to the bathroom. That said, it has helped my regularity. No detectable flavor.

No stomach issues with this
I needed some MCT Oil to add to my diet for brain fog and thought I should try one that is by a brand I trust - Garden of Life. I have had no stomach issues adding it to my coffee or breakfast but I don't think I feel the benefits I was hoping for. I might look for an alternative when this bottle has finished.

Great add to coffee and salads
Clean, neutral taste and blends perfectly into coffee or shakes. Gives steady energy without the heaviness of some other oils I’ve tried. Excellent quality product and a great addition to fasting or keto routines.
