American-Wholesaler Inc. Linda Li 166 White Tiles American Mahjong Set with 4 All-In-One Black Soft Bag

I bought this for my grandson who is 13 has been playing mah-jongg for about five years. The tiles were beautiful and it comes with bags to hold the tiles. The most important part is that the racks have little stops at the end of the pusher so you know where to end the wall without counting!

I am very happy with my purchase! The bags are very well made, and the tiles are beautiful!

For the last 4 months I've been using rhis set. Durable, well made set with everything you need except the mat. The pushers fit the tiles exactly. The racks and tiles are stored in a separate velcro padded pouch. Storage and protection of the set is key to this design. Terrific for beginners who don't want to splurge from the word go.

This is an excellent, quality mahjong set. The quilted case is well made and pleasant to the touch. The tiles are bright white, good size and feel. The racks have integrated pushers (not add-ons). There are two trays to hold the tiles with covers that click down to prevent them from spilling out. There are quilted covers for the tiles and the racks, with Velcro closures. There is a pocket inside the case for the extra tiles and other odds and ends. There is a written guide for playing and learning the game. And the case is not too small, but is roomy enough to easily get all the pieces/parts in the case with some room left over for other small items. I bought the tile shufflers extra at a minimal cost. But they are not a must have. It can be really loud when shuffling the tiles with them (they are made out of stiff plastic that doesn’t bend), though I think you do get them shuffled better than doing it by hand. However, you end up having to turn over tiles after the shuffling. I LOVE playing with my set and friends really like it too. I also like the smoke gray racks better than the pastel colored racks in other sets. The only thing I didn’t absolutely love about this set involves the case handles. I wish they were covered in the same quilted material as the case. I’ve gotten a few emails from the manufacturer. So I feel they are really interested in providing a quality product and making sure their customers are pleased. Though I haven’t submitted an issue to them that needed resolution, I feel they probably would work well with me to resolve a problem.

1st set and wasn’t sure what to expect for the price but I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality of all the included items. No issue with any broken or missing pieces. Tiles have a good weight to them & look good (shape, color). The carry case is very nice quality. I have had issues with the rack/bam being plastic and it has worked well for us.
