Hi, can it be used over Eggshell paint on closet wall?

I don't know, I only use it for vinyl with my silhouette! Sorry, im not much help!

I didnt have trouble getting it to lift my vinyl but im have trouble getting it to transfer my vinyl no matter how hard i rub its not releasing it

You need to roll a corner back slowly to start the lifting process. You may need to use a tool to assist in separating the vinyl from the tape. In my opinion, this transfer tape is too tacky for a lot of applications.

Does this need heat to stick? I seem to be having trouble with this sticking to my vinyl and wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

I received it with out the packing of the Frisco carton and when I tried it it not sticky at all !! I could not transfer one piece of a vinyl !!! do not buy for this seller at least , waste of money !!

Klebekraft zu stark, nicht als Transferband nutzbar

Es klebt einfach zu stark am Transferband sodass ich die Venylfolie nirgendwo anbringen kann. Schade um das Geld! Hätte ich mal nicht experimentiert und wär noch bei meinem alten Anbieter geblieben. Sehr unzufrieden :(
